The Remnant visited by Ben, Makoto and the others in Chapter 76 is not the canon one due to the presence of the Kamen Rider Saber cast.They had also taken bits from other universes as well to fix what they couldn't. It turns out that the time travel is instead the cast of BlazBlue being from an alternate universe and parts of it, primarily people, were borrowed by Serena and Bellicus to fix what the Annihilargh had destroyed.
